    How long will my Skyline Specs take to ship?

    Short answer: 1 - 3 days.

    Long answer: We do our best to ship your Skyline Specs as fast as possible. Often we ship within one day of receiving your order, but please allow 2-3 days for your order to be shipped.

    I didn't receive a tracking number.

    Let us start by saying, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Every order comes with tracking information, although every once in awhile an order tracking number will slip through the cracks. If you did not receive an order tracking number, please complete our contact form as soon as possible, including your order number. We will attach the tracking number to your existing order as well as send you a notification email with full tracking information.

    What is your return policy?

    Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we are happy to accept returns up to 30 days of the purchase date if the product is in its original condition. In the event that your package is damaged before delivery, or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible, including your order number. In these instances, we provide a full refund or replacement.

    Please allow 10-12 business days for the return to be processed and refund to be issued to your account. We reserve the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet our requirements and we are not responsible for any lost returns.

    If you are unsatisfied with your Skyline Specs for some reason, again, please contact us.

    Can I buy Skyline Specs in store?

    Yes! Sold in 10+ boutiques and small retailers throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, Colorado, & Toronto, Skyline Specs is finding its way into more stores (and hearts) than ever before.

    Do Skyline Specs float?

    Float? No. The zebrawood makes them more buoyant than a typical pair of sunglasses, but it's more accurate to say they sink very slowly. We highly recommend not floating your Skyline Specs. Do so at your own risk.

    What if my Skyline Specs don't fit me?

    Skyline Specs are unisex and our premium flex hinges make them one size fits all.

    If you're unhappy with the fit of your Skyline Specs, we offer exchanges of equal or lesser value within one week of purchase. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible.

    This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.skylinespecs.com (the “Site”).
